HIRE CHARGES from April 2023
1. Main Hall including use of kitchen, tables and chairs per hour £18.00
2. Children's Parties (Under 13's only) for 3 hours. £54
3. The Meeting room (Inkpen Room) per hour £9.00. (youth groups are charged at £6.50)
4. Evening Discos & Dances, Private parties & Weddings from 6 p.m. to midnight. If Hall is required before 6 p.m., with one hour tidy time in the morning. hourly charges as in item 1. per session £160.00
5. Weddings per 36 hours fully inclusive £345.
6. Exclusive use of Hall for Brownie/ Scout Pack Holidays per 24 hours £75.00
7. Naming ceremonies and Christenings also most welcome
8. Youth Groups ( Hype and Pulse) £9.00 ( other youth groups are charged termly)
The tables and chairs and kitchen are included in the main hall hire charge. It is possible to hire the tables for outside functions, so long as the main hall has not been booked. The hire per large tables is £5.00.
A £40 returnable deposit is required for all users (returnable if Hall is left clean & tidy)
This deposit will be non-returnable if cancellation is made within 7 days of booking date.
These charges will be effective from 1st April 2023 and reflect the increase in Electricity charges and water rates.
Hire charges will be reviewed annually
